Rasheonia Lemon, LMHCA

How do you do? My name is Rasheonia Lemon, and I am pleased to have the opportunity to be your teammate during this time of your life. I deeply believe that counseling is a partnership. You come in as the expert of you and express your needs and apprehensions. I come in with the mastery of skills to facilitate a process for you. My theoretical approach is blended. My backbone is behavioral. I believe we are what we constantly do. With that being said, I also believe that individuals can choose to develop and hone different skills to enhance and/or drastically change themselves. In addition, I utilize Motivational Interview techniques, Solution Finding, Adlerian, and Cognitive behavioral approaches. It is my belief that in doing so I can approach my client/partner holistically. I believe that the mind, body/behaviors, and environment must be addressed as we build toward change. We do this dance together.
