Ian Michael Callahan, LMHC

Hi, it’s a pleasure to meet you. My name is Ian Michael Callahan and I am a licensed mental health counselor in Washington State with over 25 years of experience in the behavioral health field.

Change is difficult, change is scary, and change is not undertaken lightly, but change is necessary, and it can be achieved. It is in those moments where we contemplate change that we activate courage, and I would be honored to be part of this journey with you. Therapy and counseling are an individualized process, and it is my responsibility to create an individualized approach that values the uniqueness of who you are. Working together we will create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment for you to talk about that change and what that looks like for you.

As an integrative therapist with over 25 years of experience in the behavioral health field, I can utilize an array of therapeutic modalities and interventions to tap into your strengths to increase insight, promote individual recovery, and empower change. By looking at the whole person, I understand the connection between our minds and bodies. As such, I take a holistic approach in therapy to create a comprehensive treatment plan that will take into account the individuality of each person, their respective circumstances, and their environment.

My goal is to listen supportively, meet you where you are at, and support you down this path of change and enlightenment.
